What to do if my NordicTrack APEX 6100 Treadmill turns off during use?
    • J
      Jeffrey JonesAug 10, 2025
If your NordicTrack Treadmill loses power during use, first check the circuit breaker located near the power cord. If tripped, wait five minutes, then reset it. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged in, and the on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Also, remove and reinsert the key into the console. If these steps don't resolve the issue, further assistance may be needed.

How to fix a NordicTrack APEX 6100 Treadmill that won't turn on?
    • L
      Lauren WilsonAug 23, 2025
If your NordicTrack Treadmill won't turn on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and the suppressor is in a grounded outlet. Use a UL 1449 listed surge suppressor (TVSS) with specific voltage (400 volts or less) and joule (minimum 450 joules) ratings, electrically rated for 120 volts AC and 15 amps. Confirm the key is fully inserted into the console and the on/off switch is in the 'on' position. Also, check and reset the circuit breaker if needed by waiting five minutes before pressing the switch back in. Note that the treadmill is not compatible with GFCI-equipped outlets.
