How to turn on NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.0 Treadmill if it doesn't power on?
    • H
      hoffmannatalieJul 26, 2025
First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a surge suppressor, and that the surge suppressor is connected to a grounded outlet. The NordicTrack Treadmill requires a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting specific criteria. Note that it is not compatible with GFCI-equipped outlets. Next, with the power cord plugged in, verify that the key is correctly inserted into the console. Finally, check the reset/off circuit breaker on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, the breaker has tripped; wait five minutes before pressing the switch back in to reset it.

How to recalibrate incline on NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.0 Treadmill?
    • R
      Robert PetersJul 31, 2025
If the incline on your NordicTrack Treadmill isn't changing correctly, insert the key into the console and press an Incline button. While the incline is moving, remove the key. Wait a few seconds, then re-insert the key. The treadmill should automatically rise to its maximum incline and then return to the minimum level, recalibrating the incline system.

How to fix NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.0 Treadmill walking belt if it is off-center or slips?
    • N
      Nicole AdamsAug 9, 2025
If the walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill is off-center, unplug the power cord and remove the key. If the belt has shifted left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn; if it's shifted right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Reconnect the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly to check the alignment. Repeat as necessary. If the belt slips, unplug the treadmill and remove the key. Tighten both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Ensure the belt isn't too tight—you should be able to lift each edge 2-3 inches. Plug in the treadmill, insert the key, and walk on it to test. Repeat until the slipping stops.

Why does the NordicTrack Treadmill walking belt slow down when I walk on it?
    • D
      Danny BennettAug 15, 2025
If the walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, ensure you are using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications. If the walking belt is overtightened, unplug the power cord and remove the key. Loosen both rear roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn using the hex key. The belt should be tight enough to allow lifting each edge 2-3 inches off the platform. Plug the treadmill back in, insert the key, and test it for a few minutes. Repeat adjustments as needed. If the issue continues, please see the front cover of this manual.
