What to do if NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.1 power does not turn on?
    • E
      Erin SimonJul 26, 2025
First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into a surge suppressor, which in turn should be plugged into a grounded outlet. Remember, the treadmill isn't compatible with GFCI outlets. Also, check that the key is properly inserted into the console. Finally, examine the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, the circuit breaker has tripped; wait five minutes, then press the switch back in to reset it.

What to do if NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.1 Treadmill incline does not change correctly?
    • M
      Michael GallegosJul 31, 2025
If the incline of your NordicTrack Treadmill isn't changing correctly, try this recalibration method: insert the key into the console and press one of the Incline buttons. While the incline is adjusting, remove the key. After a few seconds, re-insert the key. The treadmill should automatically rise to the maximum incline and then return to the minimum, recalibrating the incline system.

    • J
      Joseph GloverAug 5, 2025
If your treadmill turns off during use, start by checking the reset/off circuit breaker and reset it if tripped by waiting for five minutes and then pressing the switch back in. Next, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and plug it back in. Also, remove and reinsert the key from the console. If the issue persists, see the front cover of this manual.

How to fix NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.1 walking belt slowing down?
    • B
      brian35Aug 10, 2025
To address a walking belt that slows down when walked on, first make sure you are using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the necessary specifications. Also, check if the walking belt is overtightened. To correct this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the hex key to turn both rear roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. The belt should be tight enough to lift each edge 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7 cm) off the platform. Keep the belt centered, then plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until properly tightened. If the issue remains, see the front cover of this manual.

How to turn off demo mode on NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.1 Treadmill?
    • B
      Brittany WalshAug 14, 2025
The console features a display demo mode, designed to be used if the treadmill is displayed in a store. If the displays remain lit when you remove the key, the demo mode is turned on. To turn off the demo mode, hold down the Stop button for a few seconds. If the displays are still lit, see THE INFORMATION MODE on page 19 to turn off the demo mode.

How to center a NordicTrack C2155 NTL07707.1 walking belt?
    • T
      Tracy DavilaAug 20, 2025
To fix an off-center or slipping walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the belt is to the left, turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 turn. If it's to the right, turn the bolt counterclockwise 1/2 turn. Avoid overtightening. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill briefly. Repeat until centered. If the belt slips, tighten it by turning both rear roller bolts clockwise 1/4 turn. Aim for being able to lift each edge of the belt 2-3 inches (5-7 cm) off the platform. Keep the belt centered, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and carefully walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the belt is properly tightened.
