    How to fix NordicTrack Treadmill if power does not turn on?

      If your NordicTrack Treadmill's power isn't turning on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is connected to a properly grounded outlet. Also, make sure the key is inserted into the console. Check the power switch on the frame near the power cord; if it protrudes, wait five minutes, then press it back in. If your incline trainer is connected to an AFCI-equipped outlet and the circuit breaker trips repeatedly when the incline trainer is used, see the front cover of this manual to purchase an arc filter.

      If the NordicTrack Treadmill walking belt isn't running, turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Wait at least five minutes to allow any residual charge to dissipate from the treadmill's electronics. Then, plug in the power cord, turn on the power, and restart the walking belt.

      If the console of your NordicTrack Treadmill won't stay in place because it's too loose, use a hex key to slightly tighten the console in the indicated location on both sides.
