How to fix NordicTrack NTL60010.2 Treadmill when the power does not turn on?
    • D
      David ColeAug 11, 2025
To address a NordicTrack Treadmill that won't power on, first, ensure the power cord is connected to a surge suppressor, which is then plugged into a grounded outlet. Next, verify that the key is properly inserted into the console. Finally, check the power switch on the treadmill frame near the power cord; if it's tripped (protruding), wait five minutes before pressing it back in to reset.

Why does the walking belt slow down when I walk on my NordicTrack NTL60010.2?
    • N
      Nathaniel TownsendAug 20, 2025
If the walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, ensure you are using a single-outlet surge suppressor that meets the specifications described on page 14 of the manual. If the belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Then, use a hex key to turn both idler roller bolts counterclockwise by 1/4 of a turn. When properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the belt 2 to 3 inches off the platform. If the issue persists, consult the front cover of the manual for further assistance.
