Check for an Error Code on the Remote Controller
If there is a problem with the unit, a numerical error code will ash on the remote controller.
If this occurs, take appropriate measures as listed below.
When an error code appears, the display and the operation light will
ash together.
Error Code Cause Action
Ignition error
Check whether the gas valve is open. Press the power
button to turn the unit off, open a hot water xture,
and turn the unit back on. If the ashing number
doesn't return the problem is solved.

Remote Controller
Check to see if the condensate drain pipe is clogged
or frozen (
