Troubleshooting
Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local dealer. If the
problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance.
1. Clutch
Clutch slips and the speed of the
engine increases but the dozer
does not move.
There is some grease or oil on the disc
surface.
Replace and repair
the leaking parts.
Free stroke is too small or doesn’t exist.
Driven disc is curled or unevenly
worn.
Clutch will not disengage.
Free stroke is excessive and
working stroke is too small.
Driven disc is curled too much.
Bulldozer vibrates during start-up.
Pressure of gearshift shaft self-locking
spring isn’t enough.
