3. Press the MODE button to accept the Hour Format.
4. The meter displays the current time or the default time with
the hour digits ashing.
5. Press the Right/Left Arrow buttons to scroll from 1AM
to 12PM (for 12 Hr Clock) or 0 to 23 (for 24 Hr Clock).
