Your NOVO Water Dispenser might be delivering untreated water due to several reasons: * The bypass valve might be closed, bypassing raw water past the unit. Return the bypass valve to the open position. * There could be a bypass loop in your home's plumbing. Close the outlet valve on the conditioner bypass and open the nearest conditioned water line. If there is water flow, there is a hidden bypass in the plumbing, so contact a plumber. * The salt level might be too low. Fill the salt to above the water level in the salt tank, as low salt affects the conditioner's capacity. * The unit might not be programmed correctly for your current application. Verify the programming and correct the hardness level and the amount of people in the home if necessary.
