9. Touchdown and Polarization - Note proper precautions.
10. Food - The power cord that came with your device may not be
manipulated for a perfect and safe operation.
11. Cleaning - The appliance should be cleaned only in the manner indicated by the manufacturer.
12. Pin Feed - Follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
13. Power Lines - External antennas should be located away from the lines of
tension.
14. Touchdown External Antenna - By connecting the antenna to the receiver, make sure
antenna system is connected to ground to protect against voltage variations and
loads.
15. In use - Unplug the power cord if you are going to be a period of
long time without using the device.
16. Intrusion of objects and liquids - Be careful to avoid introducing objects or
liquid inside the housing. The device should not be exposed to dripping or
splashes, and should not be above the liquid-filled objects such as
vases.
17. Requirement of Qualified Service - The appliance should be reviewed by technical staff
qualified:
- The power cord has been introduced within the device.
- Has been introduced an object or fluid within the apparatus.
- The device has been exposed to rain.
- The unit does not operate normally or exhibits a change in performance.
