  If 'ADD WATER' is blinking on the display and your Nutricook Oven pauses, it means the water tank is empty. Pull out the water tank located at the base, fill it with water, and re-insert it. Then, press START/CANCEL to resume cooking; the 'ADD WATER' indicator should disappear.
