TROUBLESHOOT GUIDE
French fries are not crispy when they come out of
the Duet.
1. The crispiness of the fries depends on the amount of oil
and water in the fries.
2. Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly before
adding oil. Cut the potato sticks smaller and dry them
for a crispier result. Add slightly more oil on potatoes
before placing in the Duet for a crispier result.

Error Message: Solution(s):
LID
Lid not in correct position. Place Lid on
unit securely and in the correct position for
cooking function.
Wrong Lid was placed on the unit for
cooking function. Use the correct Lid for
the cooking function performed.
POT
Pot was not placed in the unit or is not
in correctly. Place pot in unit before
cooking. Make sure the pot is placed in
appliance correctly.
Er1
Turn the unit off and unplug to cool. If
still not working after cooling and turned
on, contact Customer Service.
Err1
NTC Temperature Sensor Short Circuit.
Contact Customer Service.
Err2
NTC Temperature Sensor Open.

The unit has a faulty Pressure sensor.
Contact Customer Service.

The unit has a faulty HIGH Pressure
sensor. Contact Customer Service.
