  If your Oakcastle CD Player is skipping parts of the disc content, first ensure that the Preview Play MODE is off, as the player may have MODE functions activated such as Repeat, Repeat All, Random Play, and Preview Play. Additionally, check the disc for damage and clean it gently from the center towards the edge with a soft cloth. If the problem continues, try another disc to see if the original disc is faulty.

  If your Oakcastle CD Player cannot read discs, first ensure that the label side of the disc is facing up and that the disc is fully inserted. Check that the disc is compatible; the player supports CD, CDR, MP3, and HDCD formats only. Also, inspect the disc for damage or dirt; wipe it gently from the center towards the edge with a soft, clean cloth. If problems persist, try another disc. If the loader is dirty, wipe the lens gently with a degreasing cotton swab.
