Why is the water in my Oase BioSmart 36000 staying cloudy?

If the water in your Oase Water Filtration System remains cloudy, several factors could be responsible. If the unit is new, allow several weeks for the biological cleaning effect to fully establish. Check and readjust the pump capacity to ensure it's adequate for your pond size. Clear the pond of excessive algae and leaves and consider a partial water change if the water is extremely soiled. Ensure that the fish and animal population is within the recommended guidelines, roughly 60 cm of fish length per 1 m3 of pond water. Lastly, inspect the foam filters and clean them if they appear soiled.
