      If the performance of your Oase Water Filtration System isn't satisfactory, several factors could be at play. First, check if the water is extremely soiled; if so, remove algae and leaves from the pond and change the water. Next, inspect the quartz glass for any soiling and clean it if necessary. Also, verify that the flow rate isn't too high, and reduce the pump output if it is. Finally, the UVC lamp capacity might be exhausted; in that case, replace the lamp, especially after it has been operating for approximately 8000 hours.

      If the UVC lamp in your Oase Water Filtration Systems is not lit, there are a couple of things to check. First, make sure the power supply is properly connected. If it is, the UVC lamp itself may be defective and require replacement.
