    • J
      Julie CarterAug 19, 2025
To address a water dispenser that isn't chilling the water adequately, for LCD models, adjust the cold control to a colder setting. If you have a non-LCD model, rotate the cold control knob clockwise to a colder position. Allow two hours for the adjustment to take effect. If the water remains insufficiently cold after this period, further assistance is needed.

      michellehenryAug 21, 2025
To troubleshoot an Oasis water dispenser that does not heat or chill water, begin by checking all electrical circuits, fuses, circuit breakers, and switches. Ensure the outlet is not switched and the temperature setting is not OFF (for non-LCD units, this means the cold control knob is not turned counter-clockwise as far as it will go). If the issue persists, the thermostat may be broken.

What to do if no water comes out of cold faucet of Oasis Aquabar 2 Water Dispenser?
    • T
      Troy DavidsonAug 28, 2025
To resolve the issue of no water flowing from the cold faucet of your Oasis water dispenser: 1) First, check if water is coming out of the cook or hot faucet. If not, ensure that the main water supply is turned on. 2) Next, press the safety float reset button located on top of the cooler. Listen for the reservoir filling with water, or wait a few minutes before checking the cold faucet again. 3) Finally, if ice has accumulated inside the reservoir, for LCD models, set the cold setting to OFF on the display panel to allow the ice to melt. For non-LCD models, turn the cold control knob counterclockwise as far as it will go. Also, remove a side panel to ensure the cold control sensor is fully inserted into the thermowell.

    • K
      Kyle McmahonAug 30, 2025
To troubleshoot an Oasis water dispenser that isn't heating the water sufficiently, for LCD models, adjust the hot control to a hotter setting. Allow 20 minutes for the water to heat up after the initial setup. For non-LCD models, ensure the cooler is plugged in and has power. Check the hot tank switch on the column support to ensure it is set to the correct symbol. Allow 20 minutes for heating. If the water remains not hot after this time, further assistance is needed.

Why no water flows from the hot water tap of Oasis Aquabar 2?
    • B
      Brian LongSep 1, 2025
If no water flows from the hot water tap of your Oasis water dispenser, it could be due to air bubbles preventing the water heater from filling. First, turn OFF the water supply and check the reservoir water level to ensure it's above the side outlet at the back. If the water level is adequate, turn the water supply back ON and press the hot dispense button for a few seconds to release any trapped air. If water still doesn't flow, turn OFF the water supply again, place a bucket below the hot tank drain at the back of the cooler, and open the drain to release any trapped air or blockages. Close the drain and restart the process.

Check the cook or hot faucet. If no water comes out of those, make sure the water supply is on. Press the safety float reset button on the top of the cooler. Listen for water filling the reservoir or wait a few minutes and check the cold faucet again. If there is ice built up inside the reservoir: On an LCD model, lower the cold setting to OFF on the display panel and let the ice melt down. For a non-LCD model, turn the cold control knob counterclockwise as far as it will go. Remove a side panel and make sure the cold control sensor is inserted into the thermowell as far as it will go.

Air bubbles may prevent the water heater from filling up. Check the reservoir water level after turning OFF the water supply. Make sure the water level is above the side outlet at the back of the cooler. If the water level is adequate, turn ON the water supply. Press the hot dispense button for a few seconds to let the air out. If water still fails to flow out of the tap, turn OFF the water supply and place a bucket below the hot tank drain located at the back of the cooler and open the drain. There may be as much as 3 gallons of water that could drain out. Close the drain and restart the process. If it’s still not flowing, call customer service.
