The parameters for customizing some GUI menus are summarized in the following table. Each menu parameter is a
comma separated list of menu items, where each menu item is specified with an item id followed by an optional
semicolon and an item display text separated by a semicolon. That is:
menu = item, item, …, item
item = item-id;item-display-text
When there are multiple instances of the same menu parameters are specified, the items will concatendated together
into a single item list internally. Items are displayed in the order they are specified. If display-text is not specified for an
item, the default displayed text will be used.
