Description
Increase your challenge by adding some incline. With a moderate stride length of 24” (61cm) and an incline of
5, you’ll feel like you are hiking a moderately steep path. Consistent resistance gives you that slow and steady
uphill effort. Press this button any time during a workout to quickly change to these settings without resetting
your workout time, calories, distance or other data. Use all the Quick Start buttons to easily create a challenging
interval workout, right at your fingertips!
