Power cord replacement
• If the electric cord is damaged, please refer to a certied electrician for its repair.
Neither provide for its replacement nor for its repair on your own.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Check the following points before sending the appliance for repair.
Problem:
The motor stops.
Aspiration power de-
creases.
It’s not possible to rewind
the cord completely.
It’s not possible to extract
the cord.
The cord rewinds auto-
matically.
Probable cause:
- Check that the plug is cor-
rectly inserted in the socket.
- Check that the electrical
current reaches the socket.
- Check that the appliance is
turned on.
- Check if the oors brush, the
exible hose or the telescopic
extension are blocked.
- Check if the dust container is
full.
- Check that the dust container
lid is closed.
- Check the correct connection
between hose and appliance
body.
- Check if the cord is rolled-up.
- Check if the cord is rolled-up.
- The rewinding system could
be damaged.
Solution:
- Insert the plug in the socket
completely.
- Contact an electrician.
- Otherwise, start the appliance.
- Remove the block.
- Clean the dust container.
- Close the lid.
- Proceed with the correct connec-
tion.
- Extract the cord for 2-3 metres,
then press the button again and
retry.
- Press the button, extract and
rewind the cord repeatedly.
- Extract and rewind the cord re-
peatedly for 4-5 times. If it’s not
working, please refer to the repair
centre.
