      If the OHTAKE Industrial Electrical machine doesn't operate, check the power supply connection to the AC power adapter. Also, ensure that any screws left in the pick-up site are removed. If too many screws are loaded in the scooping hopper, reduce the quantity to a proper level. Finally, remove any foreign objects that may have intruded into the main body.

      If the OHTAKE Industrial Electrical machine stops suddenly, turn it OFF and then ON again to reset the overload protective circuit. Also, if there are too many screws in the scooping hopper, remove some to achieve a proper level. Check for and remove any screws caught in the clearance.

      Screws may not flow in your OHTAKE Industrial Electrical machine if screws with a larger diameter than the specified rail size were loaded, or if screws with a different diameter were mixed in. Make sure to use screws with the specified nominal diameter. Also, ensure that there is a sufficient quantity of screws in the scooping hopper; add more if needed.

      If the flow on the screw rail isn't working properly, adjust the holding plate if the clearance between it and the screw head is too low. Clean the rail if it is oily or dirty. Remove any screws caught in the clearance if the rail does not vibrate.

      Screws may not flow in your OHTAKE Industrial Electrical machine if screws in an abnormal position in the passing plate cannot be swept away with the brush, adjust the brush. If the axis of the screw thread entered the passing plate, adjust the passing plate. Remove any abnormal screw and check and adjust the passing plate. Remove any screw obstructing the vibration if the rail does not vibrate. Check the vibration adjustment. Check that the scraper does not make contact with the hopper wall.

      If the noise of your OHTAKE Industrial Electrical machine has increased, readjust the vibrational frequency and amplitude volume. Also, apply grease to the transport section if there is insufficient grease.

      If no screw flows to the pick-up spot, adjust the position of the holding plate if screws are stopped while still on the rail. Adjust the distance between the end of the rail and the escaper if screws cannot be transferred smoothly from the rail to the escaper.
