Switching the emergency call function On/Off
Switch the emergency call function on or off.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣SETTINGS┫ è
┣SOSSETTINGS┫ è ┣STATUS┫.
3 Select ┣ACTIVATE┫ or ┣DEACTIVATE┫. The emergency call function is
activated or deactivated.
Setting up a call chain
Dene whether the emergency call numbers should be called three
times or continually.
When the call chain is activated, the emergency call numbers stored
are called in succession until you abort the emergency call function
manually. This ensures that the emergency call function is not inter-
rupted by answering machines or mailboxes.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣SETTINGS┫ è ┣SOSSETTINGS┫ è ┣SOSCHAIN┫.
3 Select ┣ON┫ or ┣OFF┫. The call chain is activated or deactivated.
Cancelling the emergency call
Have you sent the emergency call successfully or do you want to
stop the emergency call for other reasons?
1 Press and hold the emergency call key (SOS) for around 5 sec-
onds. The emergency call function is stopped.
