Calling contacts via speed dialling
You can use the speed dialling function from the start screen.
1. Press the respective key  -  for 3 seconds. The
number is dialled.
Text Messages
You can use the mobile phone to send and receive text messages
(SMS).
NOTE It is possible that not all functions described are supported by ev
ery mobile service provider. Therefore, please contact your local
mobile service provider for details.
Writing text messages
Use the function to write and send short text messages:
1. Navigate to Menu Messaging Writemessage.
2. Enter your text.
3. Select Options Sendto.
4. Select AddfromPhonebook and then the required phone book
contact.
Alternatively, enter the phone number manually (Enternumber).
5. Select Options Send. The text message is sent.
NOTE A standard text message contains 160 characters. Extra costs
may be incurred for texts in excess of 160 characters.
Inbox
The text messages received are stored in the inbox.
View
Open the text message to read the content.
1. Navigate to Menu Messaging Inbox.
2. Select the required text message.
3. Select View. The text message is opened.
Reply
Send a reply to the sender of the text message received.
1. Navigate to Menu Messaging Inbox.
2. Select the required text message.
3. Select Options Reply.
4. Enter your text.
5. Select Options Sendto.
