Flash OFF
mode
Use this mode in a museum,
etc., where flash photo-
graphy is prohibited, or
when you don't want the
flash to fire, such as during
the shooting of night scenes.
Press the FLASH button to set the
flash mode to OFF.
• In low lighting conditions, the
shutter speed may be slow (as long
as 1 second). Use a tripod, etc., to
prevent the effects of camera shake.
