This mode is same as the setting 39 of
FineCoag mode of the ESG-400.
The output setting that has been validated
for vessel sealing is level 1.
The lower the output level setting is the
faster the cutting speed will be.
The higher the output level setting is the
longer the RF bipolar output time will be.
The sealing performance is not changed
regardless of the output level.

This mode is same as the setting 42 of
HardCoag mode of the ESG-400.
