Controisovraccarichiinpesoecontroeventualirotturesonostatiadot-
tatiiseguentidispositividisicurezza:

incasodisovraccaricosulmotoreintervieneilrelètermico.

incasodirotturadellachiocciolaportante,intervienelachioccioladi
sicurezza(rif.1,fig.16).
·
incasodiextracorsadellapartemobilesonoprevistiunfinecorsa
elettrico(2)edunapiastrainacciaio(3)dibloccosullapartesuperio

redellecolonne(fig.17).
Itisextremelyimportantthatthevehicleispositionedontheracksoas
toachievecorrectloaddistributiononthearms(seeFig.15).
Forthesakeofsafetyofpersonsandequipment,makesurethat:
-thesafetyareaisobservedduringlifting(seefig.13)
-thevehicleengineisswitchedoff,thevehicleisingear,andthehand
brakeisengaged.
-thevehicleiscorrectlypositioned(see.fig.15)
-allweightanddimensionlimitsareobserved(seefig.11and12.)
RISKSDURINGVEHICLELIFTING
Thefollowingsafetydeviceshavebeenintroducedtoavoidoverloading
anddamage:
·
inthecaseofoverload:thermalrelayappears.
·
inthecaseofdamagetotheload-bearingnut,asafetynut(ref.1,
fig.16)isautomaticallyengaged.
·
topreventoverrunofthemobilepart,anelectriclimitswitch(2)anda
steelplatestop(3)areenvisagedfortheupperpartofthepost
(fig.17).
