LUBRIFICAZIONE (INGRASSAGGIO)
LUBRICATION (GREASING)
CARRELLO AVANZATORE
ATTENZIONE: l’intervento sottodescritto (manutenzio-
ne preventiva) è fi nalizzato a prolungare al massimo la
vita delle bussole a sfere montate all’interno del carrello
avanzatore e a garantirne il funzionamento ottimale.
L’operazione deve essere ripetuta ogni dieci giorni
o settimanalmente (nel caso di più turni di lavoro
nel corso della giornata lavorativa)!
• Pulire la barra (1)
• Nelle estremità dei cuscinetti (3) sono presenti car-
tucce contenenti grasso. Controllarle periodicamente
e sostituirle quando il grasso è fi nito.
• Fare scorrere avanti e indietro il carrello (2) per una
decina di volte
• Togliere il grasso in eccesso prima di ricominciare a
lavorare, per evitare che esso si impasti con la segatura
UTILIZZARE un grasso che sia uguale o simile per
caratteristiche a quello consigliato dal costruttore:

FEEDING CARRIAGE
ATTENTION: The measures described hereunder (pre-
ventive maintenance) aim to increase the lifetime of
the bushings inside the feeding carriage and guarantee
its correct function.
The following measure must be repeated every 10
days or once a week in case of more shifts during
the working day:
• Nettoyer la barre (1)
• On both sides of the bearings (3) there are grease
cartridges. Re-fi ll whenever needed.
• Make the carriage (2) go forward and backward about
10 times
• Remove the exceeding grease before resuming work
to avoid the grease be mixed with saw dust.
USE grease with the same or similar characteristics
as : SHELL ALVANIA 2A.
