salmOn wiTh GOrGOnzOla
As tasty salmon dish. Frozen salmon cutlets are ideal.
2 cutlets of boneless, skinned salmon
1 piece gorgonzola cheese
A drop of dry white wine
Serve with
Bread and salad
Make a deep cut in each salmon cutlet and fill with gorgonzola
cheese. Grease the Omnia food holder and place the cutlets in
the bottom. Pour over a small amount of dry white wine.
Cover with the oven lid and bake for 10 minutes on a low heat.
The salmon is ready when the cheese has melted.
