What to do if there is no blue or red light from my Omnilux CLEAR Personal Care Product?

  If your Omnilux CLEAR Personal Care Product isn't emitting blue or red light, it might not be charged. Ensure the controller is properly connected to the charger until all three indicator LEDs on the controller are steadily lit and no longer flashing. Another potential cause is that the device is connected to an electrical outlet. If so, unplug the USB connector from the controller.
