If your Omnilux Personal Care Product isn't emitting red or blue light and the fan isn't running, the issue might be a lack of power. First, ensure the power cord and plug are in good condition. Then, verify that the wall power supply is correctly plugged into the Omnilux clear-U. If you are outside the USA, make sure the mains outlet switch is turned on.
