5.6.3 ACTUAL RECIPE

Information indicated in the Actual Recipe are carefully explained as follows:
QUOTE DOSING PISTON
In this cell it is possible to set up the quote (expressed in
millimeters) of the dosing piston.
DOSING SPEED
In this cell it is pssible to set up the advancement speed
(expressed in millimeters per secondns) of the dosing piston.
The piston starts the advancement and doses the product.
LOAD SPEED
In this cell it is pssible to set up the backward speed (expressed
in millimeters per secondns) of the dosing piston.
The piston goes back and loads the cylinder chamber with the
product.
DELAY OPEN DOSING
VALVE
In this line it is possible to set up the valve opening time
(expressed in seconds).
It starts when the conveyor stops.
At the end of this time the valve rotates of 90° clockwise, it opens
and start the dosage.
DELAY DOSING PISTON
In this line, it is possible to set up the start delay time (expressed
in seconds)of the doser machine, during the recipe.
It starts when the Cake will activate the micro of the cake passage.
When this time is finished the pistons of the doser machine start to dose.
DELAY CLOSE DOSING
VALVE
In this line, it is possible to set up the valve closing delay time
(expressed in seconds) of the doser machine, during the recipe.
It start when the Reed of full forward piston (stroke end) reads.
When this time is finished the valve back to the hopper in connection with the
pistons.
DELAY RETURN PISTON
In this line, it is possible to set up the pistons return delay time
(expressed in seconds) of the doser machine, during the recipe.
It start when the Reed of full forward piston (stroke end) reads.
When this time is finished the pistons return back aspirating the product from the
hopper.
