It could also mean there's a communication issue with the registered host. To resolve this, the Change Host Dialog Box will appear, allowing you to change the connected host, restart the PT to adjust communications in the system menu, or retry the communication by pressing the Connecting Button.

  If the Omron Monitor shows 'Destination address is incorrect', it means a FINS command sending error occurred due to an incorrect destination address, or corrupted network and node address data. To fix this, an error message box will appear. Press OK to exit. If the Change Host Dialog Box appears, change the connected host using the Change Host Button. If not, access the Change Host Dialog Box via the Menu Button. If neither works, exit and adjust the communication settings in the System Menu.

If the issue continues, contact your OMRON representative.
