3-8 Changing Timer/Counter Set Values
Note
• Carefully check that the system is safe before using the Ladder Monitor to perform
any of the following actions, or before using a CX-Programmer or Programming
Console to perform any of these actions from another node while the Ladder Monitor
is running.
- Changing monitoring data
- Changing the operating mode
- Force setting/resetting bits
- Changing set values or present values
If unspecified persons may start the Ladder Monitor, use a password to prevent
incorrect operation. Refer to 3-14 Using a Password for details on the password
function.
Use the following procedure to change timer/counter set values.
•
When the Set Value Is Specified by Constant
1. In the ladder display area, press the second operand (the timer/counter set value) for
the TIM/CNT instruction to select it. (The cursor will be displayed there.)
2. Press the Change Button.
(1) Select the
timer/counter
set value.
(2) Press the
Change
Button.
3. The Timer/Counter Value Dialog Box will be displayed.
