3-10 Displaying Current Errors in the PLC
If a PLC (CPU Unit) error (non-fatal or fatal) occurs, the error name will be displayed. If
multiple errors occur, only the highest priority error will be shown. In this case, the errors
in PLC can be displayed as a list as shown below. Also these errors can be cleared.
1. Press the Menu Button in the Main Screen and select PLC Error from the menu. The
Current Error List Dialog Box will be displayed.

The following errors are displayed (in order of priority).
Memory Error
I/O Bus Error
Unit/Rack Number Duplication Error
Fatal Inner Board Error
Too Many I/O Points
I/O Table Setting Error
Program Error
Cycle Time Error
System Failure (FALS)
Version Error
Card Transfer Error
Fatal errors
Literal Data Error
System Failure (FAL)
Duplication (Comparison, Bus, Power Supply,
Communications) Error
Interrupt Task/Program Error
Basic I/O Error
PLC Setup Error
I/O Table Verification Error
Non-Fatal Inner Board Error
CPU Bus Unit Error
Special I/O Unit Error
