4 STAFF, TASKS, WORKING AREAS
The following skilled worker figure has been determined for the use of the
Machine and the Control Panel described in this manual:
FIRST LEVEL OPERATOR
General skilled operator without specific knowledge.
He can run the Machine only for the usual running conditions, using the buttons of the
control board and executing the basic operations such us start, stop and restart of the
production.
He works only when the safety devices are activated.
Only one person at a time, can use the Machine and the Control
Panel. Contemporary action of more than one person might cause
serious damages to people or things, since the exposition of a
person in a dangerous area is objectively very probable.
The Control Panel is installed on the lateral side of the Machine, generally placed in an area from
where the operator can have a whole view of the Machine. The expected working area is,
consequently, the one placed just in front of the Electrical Board.
Check that no one is in dangerous areas before starting the
Machine.
