When menu is displayed, the following function is assign for each Push Button.
WB: Increase Page increase page number
SW A: Return Close the menu
SW B: Increment Increment cursor or value cursor or value
SW C: Select Left Select left selection
SW D: Execute Execute the selected function
SW E: Select Right Select right selection
SW F: Decrement Decrement cursor or value
