Attach both pads on the calf where you feel pain.
WARNING
• DO NOT apply the pads to both legs, such as calves at the same time
because cardiac disturbance may occur.

Attach pads on the left for pain on the outside of your ankle/foot.
Attach the pads on the right for pain on the inside of your ankle/
foot.
WARNING
• DO NOT apply the pads to the bottom of both feet at the same time
because cardiac disturbance may occur.
