If the intensity is set to '1', or if the batteries are weak, adjust the intensity by pressing the up button or replace the batteries. Damaged gel on the pads can also cause this; replace the pad if needed.

  If your Omron Medical Equipment has no power source, check that the polarities of the batteries (+ and -) are aligned correctly. If they are, replace both batteries. Also, if the batteries are weak, replace them with new ones.
