Control solution testing
5. Check if the result is in range
Compare the result displayed on
the meter to the OneTouch® Vita™
Control Solution range printed
on the
test strip vial
. If your control solution
result falls outside the expected range,
repeat the test with a new test strip.
(Example range)
4. Read your result
When the conrmation window
is full, the meter will count down
from 5 to 1.
Your control solution result will
then appear on the display,
along with the date, time, unit
of measurement, and the words
CONTROL TEST.
Control solution results can be seen
when reviewing past results, but
are not included in result averages.

m CAUTION: If the words CONTROL TEST do not
appear on the screen, repeat the test with a new test
strip. If the problem persists, contact Customer Care
