Place unit, set up with no load/signal, volume down, speaker switch OFF, power switch OFF.

Idling Current Adjustment

Adjust R535/R635 for 15mV±5mV voltage at test point VCT-IID after warm-up.

Protection Circuitry Checks

Verify relay operation, LED indicators, DC detection, and response to loads.
