There are several reasons why your Onson Vacuum Cleaner might not be cleaning automatically as scheduled: 1. The power switch of the cleaner is not on. Make sure to turn on the cleaner's power source. 2. The cleaner's battery power is low. When the cleaner is on standby, keep it charging on the charging stand to ensure it's always fully charged. 3. The cleaner's parts are obstructed or tangled by garbage. Turn off the power, clean the dust box, turn the cleaner upside down, and clean the parts separately.
