Electromagnetic fields (EMF)
Static electricity
Abrupt changes of the ambient temperature
Infrared thermometers measure the surface
temperature of objects only. The MS cannot
measure through transparent material such as
glass or plastic.
Keep the optics clean of dirt (cleaning with a
humid tissue or a mild commercial cleaner).
