If the battery is at a very low charge level (0%), it may take up to 10-15 minutes until the display turns on; charge for at least 30 minutes. 2. The ambient temperature for charging may be out of the valid range (< 0°C and > 40°C); the recommended ambient temperature range for charging is 5°C to 35°C. 3. The charger may not be properly connected; ensure the iOsense™ charger is connected to the mains voltage.

The iOsense™ charger is connected to the wrong toothbrush. * If you are not using the Oral-B App: * Enable Bluetooth via the display settings on your toothbrush. * Reset the iOsense™ charger. * Hold your toothbrush close to the iOsense™ charger and turn it on to connect both devices. * If you are using the Oral-B App: * Enable Bluetooth via the display settings on your toothbrush. * Use the Oral-B App to connect your toothbrush. 2. The iOsense™ charger is in Low Power mode. Quit Low Power mode by tapping the iOsense™ button once.
