  If your Oral-B Electric Toothbrush isn't charging, consider the following: 1. If the battery is at a very low charge level (0%), it may take up to 10-15 minutes until the display turns on; charge for at least 30 minutes. 2. The ambient temperature for charging may be out of the valid range (< 0°C and > 40°C); the recommended ambient temperature range for charging is 5°C to 35°C. 3. The charger may not be properly connected; ensure the iOsense™ charger is connected to the mains voltage.
