Step three:
A: Lock the swing bar (5L/R) to the long axis of handlebar post （2）with hex bolt (16), flat washer
(31)， spring washer (28) and wave washer (36)
B: Lock the pedal bar (9L/R) to the roller bracket（7）with hex bolt (44),flat washer (45) and nylon
nut (46). Cover the end cap (68).
C: Connect the swing bar (5L/R) and pedal bar (9L/R) with hex bolt (22), flat washer (33) and
nylon nut (38).
D: Lock the pedal (65) into the pedal bar (9L/R) with cross taping screw (23).
Step four:
A: Lock the handlebar (6L/R) to swing bar (5L/R) with Hex bolt (17),spring washer(27) and Arch
washer (35).
B:Put the pulse wire (74) through the hole of handlebar (2) and put it out from the bracket, and
then lock the handrail (11) into the handlebar (2) with hex bolt (17) , spring washer (27) and arch
washer (35).
