4.2.5 Changing the platform positions
This machine allows you to operate while standing on the platform or walking behind the
machine. Fold the platform up and lock if you use it as walk-behind.
Fold platform
・Press the platform down then press the release lever to
unlock
・Lift the platform up and make sure it’s locked.
Open platform
・ Push the platform forward to unlock then open the
platform.
・Always park the machine in flat area when changing the platform positions.
・Take extra caution when walk behind the machine. The machine may turn or move toward
you.
・Choose the Low range shift when using as walk-behind for safety.
・Be aware of the positions of each lever. Operators postures are different when
stand-on and when walk behind.
・Watch out for your head. Operator tends to watch only ground.
