Problem Check Solution
Cleaner will
not run
• Not plugged in
properly.
• No electricity in
wall outlet.
• Brushroll is
jammed and
motor shut off.
• Be sure cleaner is
firmly plugged
into wall outlet.
• Check electrical
source – fuse or
circuit breaker.
• Upright can be
“reset” by unplug-
ging or pressing
ON/OFF button
once.
Cleaner does
not pick up.
• Filter Bag is full.
• Nozzle or intake
pivot clogged.
• Brush is worn.
• Bag tube
clogged.
• Bag pores are
clogged with
fine dust.
• Impeller fan is
broken
• Revolving brush
is not even at
both ends.
• Replace filter bag.

• Change bag.
• Return to Service
Center for repair.
Unit still does
not operate
properly.
