• DO NOT allow young children to operate the appliance or use as a toy. Close supervision is

• DONOTuseifairowisrestricted;iftheairpathsortheoornozzlebecomeblocked,turno
the vacuum and remove battery. Clear all obstructions before returning battery to vacuum and
powering on again.
• Keepoornozzleawayfromhair,face,ngers,uncoveredfeet,orlooseclothing.
• DO NOT charge battery pack at temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 122°F (50°C).
• Store the appliance indoors. DO NOT use or store it below -4°F (-20°C). Ensure the appliance
is at room temperature before operating.
b) Dustbin, lters, accessories
• Before turning on the vacuum:
- Makesurethatallltersarethoroughlydryafterroutinecleaning.
- Makesurebrushrollers,dustbin,andallltersareinplaceafterroutinemaintenance.
- Make sure accessories are free of blockages and keep openings away from face and body.
• UseonlyOrfeldrecommendedltersandaccessories.Usingotherswillvoidwarranty.
c) Battery pack
• Battery pack is the power source for the appliance. When the battery pack is installed into the
appliance,DONOTcarrytheappliancewithyourngeronthepowerbutton.DONOTcharge
appliance while powered on.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the appliance before making any adjustments or
troubleshooting. If the appliance is to be stored unused for a long period, remove the battery
pack.
• Use only Orfeld recommended chargers to charge. Use of incorrect charger may create a risk
ofrewhenusedwiththebatterypack.
• Useapplianceonlywithspecicallydesignatedbatterypack.Useofanyotherbatterypacks
maycreateariskofinjuryandre.
• When the battery pack is not in use, keep it away from all metal objects, such as paper clips,
coins,keys,nails,orscrews.Shortingthebatteryterminalstogetherincreasestheriskofreor
burns.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery pack. Avoid contact with
liquid,asitmaycauseirritationorburns.Ifcontactoccurs,ushwithwater.Ifliquidcontacts
eyes, seek medical help.
• Keep battery pack away from heated surfaces.
• DONOTexposebatterypackorappliancetoreortemperatureabove266°F(130°C)asit
may cause explosion.
• Follow all charging instructions and DO NOT charge the battery pack or appliance outside of
thetemperaturerangespeciedintheinstructions.Chargingimproperlyorattemperatures
outsideofthespeciedrangemaydamagethebatterypackandincreasetheriskofre.
• ApplianceshouldonlybeservicedbyaqualiedrepairspecialistusingOrfeldcertiedparts.To
ensure safety, DO NOT modify or attempt to repair the appliance or the battery pack yourself,
except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
