(EN) DISMANTLING AND
ASSEMBLING OF THE VALVE.
Remove the inlet swivel (3) to access the
internal parts: Spring (4), valve holder (5) and
sleeve (7).
Remove the two screws (10) on the trigger side
to remove the cam (13) and the two O-rings
(12).
Now is it possible to inspect and investigate the
parts for damage and wear. Even dirt or foreign
matters will be possible to remove.
To assemble the control valve, fit a lubricated O-
ring (12) on the cam (13) and insert it into the
body.
Push the cam until the empty groove appears on
the other side.
Fit the second O-ring and push back the cam
into the right position.
Insert the sleeve (7) in the valve body.
Place the rubber valve (6) in its seat (5) and the
seat in the spring end (4).
Insert the complete assembly in the handle body
and mount the swivel tightening it firmly.
Screw the trigger (8) in position with the screws
(10).
Control the tightness by connect compressed air
with low pressure (1 bar, 145 psi) and dip the
nozzle into a cup of water.
No bubbles are allowed
(SE) ISÄRTAGNING OCH
MONTERING AV VENTIL.
Tag bort sviveln (3) för att nå de inre delarna:
Fjäder (4), ventilhållare (5) och hylsa (7).
Tag bort de två skruvarna (10) på avtryckarens
sidor för att få ut axeln (13) och dess O-ringar
(12).
Nu är det möjligt att inspektera och byta ut
trasiga eller skadade delar. Även smuts och
främande partiklar kan tas bort om det är
orsaken till demonteringen.
För att montera utloppsventilen, placera en
smord O-ring (12) på axeln (13) och tryck in den
tills det tomma spåret syns på andra sidan.
Sätt dit den andra O-ringen och tryck tillbaka
axeln till rätt läge.
För in hylsan (7) i ventilkroppen.
Placera gummiventilen (6) i hållaren (5) och
hållaren på fjäderns (4) ena sida.
För in dem med ventilen mot hylsan och dra åt
sviveln (3).
Fäst avtryckaren (8) med dess skruvar (10).
Kontrollera tätheten genom att koppla till ett lågt
lufttryck (ca 1 bar) och doppa utloppsslangens
ände i lite vatten.
Inga bubblor får synas.
