Fully SF6 gas insulated medium voltage switchgear up to 40.5 kV in accordance with IEC Standards
5. Charge the springs by introducing the spring charging
lever in the spring charge shaft (k) and turn until the
charged spring indicator changes state.
Manual driving mechanism (AV): Once the spring is
charged, close the switch by pressing the close button;
then check the status indicator and whether voltage is
present in the ekor.vpis or ekor.ivds unit.
Motor driving mechanism (AMV): Close the switch by
pressing the closing button; then check the status indicator
and whether voltage is present in the ekor.vpis or ekor.ivds
unit.
6. Close the circuit-breaker by pressing the "l" button
and check the status indicator.

5.10.5 Opening operation from closed position
Initial conditions: circuit breaker closed,
earthing switch open and springs charged.
1. Open the circuit-breaker by pressing the "0" opening
button and check the status indicator.

2. Check there is no voltage through the ekor.vpis or
ekor.ivds.
3. Move the access handle in the grey zone to its lower
position.

4. Insert the lever in the disconnector driving shaft, move
the driving arm to the end and turn anti-clockwise 90º.
