Press the Power Button “ ”(1)andthenselecttheDehydrate
Function“Deshidratar”(2)theconvectionfanwillturnonand
circulateairallowingthefoodtoDehydratewithoutcookingthe
food.
Thedefaulttemperaturesettingwillbe65°C(150°F).
Thedefaulttimewillbe14:00hours.
PressandholdtheTime(3)
Buttons“Cronómetro”( or )toincreaseordecreasethe
cookingtime.Thedigitswilladvanceslowlyatfirstthenspeed
upafter5secondsandevenfasterafter5moreseconds.
ThemaximumtimesettingforDehydrateis14hours.
Theonlytemperaturethatcanbesetfor
Dehydrateis65°C(150°F).
(4)–TheredPowerIndicatorLightwill
illuminate.Theunitbeginstoworkandthetimerbeginsto
countdown the remaining time.
WhentheDehydratecycleiscompletetheunitwill“beep” 
for2seconds,theredPowerIndicatorLightwillturnoff, 
andthetimewillshow0:00onthedisplay.
Cookedfoodandmetalrackcanbeveryhot,handlewithcare.Donot 
leave oven unattended.
* Special note: If cook time is less than 20 minutes, you must turn Timer past the
20-minute mark to engage the timer then back to desired time.

Toaccommodateawidevarietyoffoodstheovenhas1reversiblerackand2rack
positions.Therackcanbeinsertedintheoveninthehighpositionorlowposition.The
rackwillfitintotherackguidesinsideoftheoven.(Seethesection“LearningAboutYour
Oven”).Beforeremovingtherackallowtheunittocool.Toremovearack,opentheoven
doorandpulltheracktowardsthefrontoftheoven.Therackwillslideontherackguides
ontheinsideoftheoven.Positioningoftherackwilldependonthesizeofthefoodand
desired browning.
 Adjust rack downward to prevent top browning and upward to prevent bottom
 burning.Forbesttoastingresults,positiontherackintheuppositiononthemiddle
rack guide. When broiling, position the rack in the up position on the upper rack
 guide.Toreplacetherackintheoven,alignrackinrackguideandslidetowardthe
back of the oven.
HeatingelementsmaycycleONandOFFtomaintainthedesiredtemperature.
