PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Lack of bean indicator ashes
but there is still a lot of coffee
beans in bean hopper.
Internal coffee powder outlet
is blocked.
There are not enough coffee
grounds in hopper
Follow the steps of section E (V.
Cleaning coffee powder outlet).
Run 2nd cycle without light
ashing
No frothed milk being
dispensed
The automatic milk frother is
dirty or not installed correctly.
Clean the automatic milk frother
and make sure it is correctly
installed.
The hole of Milk tube
connector is blocked by milk
residues.
The milk tube connector has
not been cleaned in a long
time.
The type of milk used is not
suitable for frothing.
Soak the connection milk tube
into warm water for an hour,
follow the “cleaning the milk
container and connection milk
tube” in section “Daily Cleaning
of the appliance”, keep using
frothing milk function to clean
until water come from dispenser
smoothly. Use needle or bristle
of brush to clean the hole.
Different types of milk result in
different amounts of froth and
different froth qualities. 2% and
whole milk yield good results.
Milk sprays out of milk
dispensing tube
Milk dispensing tube is not
installed correctly.
Install milk dispensing tube
correctly. Refer to Assembling
the Automatic Milk Dispensing
System section
Descaling indicator
keeps ashing even after
the descaling has been
completed.
Decaling process is not
completed.
Please be patient and wait
for the process to nish. The
espresso maker will shut off
automatically, do not turn it off
manually.
The machine does not work,
and the service door icon
